We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was new and clean, with comfortable beds, and the bathroom was nice. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were great. The pool is accessible 24 hours, and the water is always warm. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They organized a snorkeling trip and island tour for us. We also appreciated the hotel's location, which is near two restaurants and not far from Crystal Bay.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about our stay at this hotel.

The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, with a clean and new room providing a comfortable sleep experience. access to a pool 24/7 was a great added touch, and the staff were always willing to help organize tours and activities. The key location offered accessibility to multiple restaurants within walking distance, as well as a nearby attraction such as Crystal Bay.
There were some negative factors that detract from the experience. The shower water was weak and often cold, which affected the stay.

The hotel was located in a serene area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Visitors who would love to relax and unwind will find this location perfect. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. the breakfast served in the hotel was delicious and satisfying. there was a nice pool that guests could use to take a dip.
Though the hotel had many notable features, some aspects were not impressive.

We stayed in a beautiful hotel over the weekend. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with great views of the surroundings. One of the best aspects was that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast that included freshly brewed coffee and freshly squeezed juice. the hotel was located conveniently near great shopping and dining options. We also enjoyed the complimentary Wi, Fi that made it easy for us to stay connected with our friends and family.
Our overall experience was disappointing. the hotel staff seemed incredibly disorganized, and we experienced a two, hour delay during our check, in.
